Twas The night...

Twas the night before test day and all down the block,

not a student was talking, not even a jock.

The textbooks were flipped through with care,

In hopes that on test day, their minds would not be bare.

The children were sitting stiff in their chairs,

while thoughts of failing were not to be there.

And brother and sister were playing tag,

while I - here, tried not to gag.

I couldn't think of anything else for the rest, but good luck to anyone who's taking exams or tests tomorrow. And even if you aren't taking anything, good luck in school!

P.S. Guess what? I did REALLY well in volleyball today. We beat the other team so bad! And Coach put me in with first string. (:
