Holiday Greeting Cards by Candy!

Mood:hopeful?

It's not exactly fun being broke. ;) I want to take advantage of my photography skills so I can make some money for myself and not have to have my parents always have to buy things for me. I also want to be able to have money so I can buy them things. I mean, it's the least I could do for the two people who brought me into this cruel world and have to deal with on a daily basis. ;)

So, I've decided that I'm going to start selling holiday greeting cards. Mainly at school, but also over the internet too. They'll be from $1.50 - $2.00 depending on the size and cost of printing, but I'll be selling over the internet too, so if you're a reader and you're interested in buying a few, let me know!

I mean, c'mon. Why send an e-card? That's so unoriginal. Learn the lost art of sending card and letters by mail! Ask your mom, she might know what that is. ;)

Also, I'm sending a few to some of my old friends down in the mid-south and just for fun, I thought, why not sent some to my readers too? So I'm giving y'all a chance to get a personal greeting card from me this holiday season! So if you're interested in one, leave a comment below describing what the most important thing about Christmas is to you. Be sure to include your email address underneath so I can email you afterwards for your address if you get chosen. One comment per person and then I will randomly choose a few readers to receive my greeting card! Uhm, yup.

I'm just worried that they won't sell. :( What do you think? Do you think they'll sell?
Comments; advice; feedbacks?

Ohhh what a lovely opportunity.

Firstly, I think they will sell if you sell within school. There are always supportive people in school.

And secondly, being a catholic, I have a belief behind Christmas. It isn't aboutthe number of presents, the money you spend and the number of people who say "Merry Christmas". But the union of family, the celebration of new hope, new light and the appreciation of it. I'm not going to go any more in depth because then it would sound liek I'm trying to convert you :D

Oh good luck with the selling! Wish you all the best! :)

I actually don't celebrate Christmas, but I appreciate the sense of community people have during this time. So I guess I don't really count, right? Hahah.

Anyways, good luck again!
